1. WELCOME

In the evening on November 29th February 2012 all attendees have gathered in the
Trabzon Funda Hotel's lobby, met each other and discussed about the possible project
process. Project documents which were prepared by the host institution were handed
to all attendees. In the project documents folder; meeting agenda, practice firm
presentations, and European Practice Firms Network DVDs, a booklet including
information, map about Trabzon and comprehensive project information is found.
2. DISCUSSION AND AGREEMENTS:

The participants were taken from the hotel to Trabzon Provincial Directorate of
National Education Vocational Education Information Centre (MESBIL). Information
about the MESBIL was given by Vocational guidance specialist Ercan Durak while
they were showing centre’s office after that, a video presented about Trabzon and
guidance activities of the MESBIL.

Trabzon Provincial Directorate of National Education’s Director , Tamer KIRBAÇ,
bid the guests welcome. After which, each participant presented him-/herself and
he gave an overview of Trabzon , its history, industry, economy and social
services policies.

Melih TİMUÇİN from Turkey had a seminar with the title “ Accreditation of European
Practice Firms Network to the Turkish Vocational Education System Practise Firms and
activities directing student to the labour market”. A seminar was held to discuss how
practice firms method can be used to enhance vocational education. At th e same
time, it was a venue to talk about activities directing student to the labour market in
Turkey.

Rory Quinn from Ireland had a dialogue with the participants. He first presented
a “Guidance Provision to Participants in Adult Education in Ireland through the
Adult Education Guidance Initiative” and then asked the participants on their
experiences in the topic.

Fatma Türk from Turkey had a presentation with the title “Liberation Of Women Is In Their
Own Hands Project ”

The minutes of the last meetings held in fist and second Czech Republic was
approved and decided to arrange Ireland mobility on the dates 22 – 25, April,
2012.
3. CULTURAL AND STUDY VISITS

Visited of Yol-İş Sendikası Primary School ‘activity directing student to the
vocational education system” activity organized by MESBIL. The teachers from
the Primary School Visit who are part of the project gave the participants a tour
of the school, with visits to some classes and interaction with students.

The group met with the Director of Trabzon European Turkish Business Centre
Network, Yunus Emre Katrancı. The Director welcomed everyone to the city, and
gave an overview of Trabzon, its, labour market, industry and economy policies.
He first presented an overview of the Entrepreneurships in Trabzon and then
asked the participants on their experiences in the Labour Market. Each partner
talked about the impact of the project in their own education system.

The group visited Hagia Sophia Museum, Gülbahar Hatun Mosque and Sümela
Monastery with guide and had lunch break in installations of Çoşandere. There
they tasted traditional foods.

guests by farewell ceremony.
4- EVALUATION

The participants filled out an evaluation form for the meeting. This will be analysed by
Trabzon Provincial Directorate of National Education and uploaded on the Dropbox
