It is used to separate stones in the wheat by courtesy of
density difference, vibration and negative pressure as well as a
classifier if required. By means of suction in the machine, grain is
suspended and moved on the sieving frame Heavy particles such
as stone, glass etc escalated to the upper part of the sieving frame
of the machine. In order to adjust the inclination of the housing of
the machine, there is an inclination adjustment group at the rear of
the machine.
Application of the sieving frames can be single deck or
double deck according to the capacity. Cleaning and maintenance
of the sieving frames are easy and practical. It is possible to do fine
adjustment on suction air by means of an air adjustment clamping.

the wide Plexiglas inspection windows on the machine

Kabuğu soyulacak tahıl, rotor ve stator plakaları
üzerindeki özel formlu aşındırıcı çıkıntılar arasında hareket ederken
aynı zamanda birbiri üzerine de sürtünmekte böylece verimli bir
kabuk soyma işlemi elde edilmektedir. Makinede bulunan çıkış
damperi ile malın makine içinde kalma süresi ayarlanabilir.

In the cleaning section, horizontal scourer is used to
remove impurities which are adhered to the wheat such as sand,
clod etc. and also it is used for scouring the wheat. Fixed
abrasive plates on the housing group have various types in
special forms. Those plates are made of wear resistant special
material likewise the rotor. Covers on both sides of the machine
provide easy maintenance.
While the grain, to be scoured, move between the
special formed abrasive nosings on the rotor and stator pallets,
at the same time, grain rub against each other. Therefore we can
get an efficient scouring performance. It is possible to adjust the
staying time of the stock in the machine by outlet dampers.

Vibro kepek fırçası; una yapışık olan kül ve kepek

Üzerinde 72-74 GG gömlek takmak suretiyle elenen
mamülü direkt olarak un vidasına vermeniz mümkündür.Aynı zamanda eleklerde sıvanma ve elek yüzeyi kapanmaları ortadan kalkacaktır.

This machine is used for the separation of ash and bran
from the flour. Nylon is fixed for the separation of ash to the frames
inside. Steel mesh is fixed for the separation of bran. Thus the extraction of finished products go up. At the same time plansifter is protected from being blocked.

Bran finishers are used in order to detach adhering
endosperm particles from the bran so that the flour extraction
rate in the mill increases.
The product which comes to machine is thrown to the
sieving frame. The gap between beaters on the rotor group and
screen can be adjusted and worn out beaters can be changed
without spoiling the balance. Therefore, it is possible to get
continuous high cleaning efficiency.

covered types and double types are available.
