“Uluslararası Enerji Kongresi ve Fuarı / EIF 2013″, Dünya’da ve
Türkiye’de enerji üretimine ilişkin çok çeşitli konuların tartışılacağı bir
platformdur.
“International Energy Congress and Fair /EIF 2013” is a platform, in
which wide range of topics concerning Energy Production in Turkey
and all around the Word will be discussed.
Derneğimiz tarafından T.C. Enerji ve Tabii Kaynaklar Bakanlığı’nın
destekleriyle gerçekleşecek olan kongrenin amacı, çeşitli enerji
kaynaklarının ve enerji piyasalarının tüm boyutları ile değerlendirilmesi
ve en son gelişmeler ile uygulamaların pek çok açıdan tartışılıp ele
alınabileceği bir ortam oluşturmaktır.
The purpose of this congress, which will be organized by our
association and under the auspices of Republic of Turkey Ministry of
Energy and Natural Resources, is to evaluate several energy sources
and all dimensions of energy markets and to create an atmosphere
in which latest developments and applications could be discussed
and handled in every detail.
Kongre; 24-25 Ekim 2013 tarihlerinde CONGRESIUM ANKARA ATO
ULUSLARARASI KONGRE VE SERGİ SARAYI’nda gerçekleştirilecektir.
Kongreye yerli ve yabancı pek çok enerji firması yetkililerinin yanısıra,
akademisyenler, bürokratlar ve sivil toplum kuruluşlarının temsi
lcileri iştirak edecektir.
EIF, will be held at Congresium ANKARA , ATO International
Convention & Exhibition Center between the dates of October 2425, 2013. We intend to gather representatives of many national and
international energy companies, academicians, bureaucrats and
representatives of non-governmental organizations.
Kongre boyunca sergi ve fuar alanımız tüm enerji ilgililerine açık
olacaktır. Düzenleyeceğimiz kongre ve fuara hepinizi bekliyoruz.

Kongre haberleri ve ilanları ulusal ve yerel basın yayın organları
kanalıyla sektörel yayın yapan gazete, dergi, televizyon kanalları ve

Basılacak posterler, ilgili Bakanlıklar ile bağlı birimlerine, destekleyen

ile tanıtım yapılacaktır.
Congress news and advertisements will be announced
via newspapers, magazines, TV channels, and websites
that broadcasting through national and local publications.
Printed posters will be hanged to relevant ministries and its
departments, supporting institutions and related associations.

Kongre ve toplantılara katılacak kurum / kuruluş temsilcilerine, resmi

submitted to the official delegations, participants of the congress,
association and foundations, professional visitors and to the
representatives of institutions who will going to attend to the

- Kongre çantalarının içerisine olan davetiye, broşür, kalem,
bloknot vb. malzeme listeleri en geç 05-10 Ekim 2013 tarihine
kadar tarafımıza bildirilecektir.
- The promotion material lists (invitation card, brochure, pencil,
notepad, etc.) which will be placed into the delegate bags
must be informed to our agency until October 05-10, 2013.
- Workshop düzenleyen firmaların sempozyum öncesi ve
sonrasında dağıtacağı promosyon malzemelerinin adet
ve özellik bilgilerini yine belirtilen tarihe kadar tarafımıza
göndermesini rica ederiz.
- Dağıtılacak malzemeler ise 05 - 10 Ekim 2013 tarihinde
tarafımıza ulaşacak şekilde acentemiz adresine gönderilecektir.
- Bu tarihte tarafımıza ulaştırılmayan malzemeler, çanta
içerisinde yer alamayacaktır. Ayrıca tarafımıza bildirilmeyen
malzemelerin dağıtımına izin verilmeyecektir.

- “Workshop Sponsors” has to inform our agency, until the
mentioned date, (05-10 October 2012) about the quantity
and specifications of the promotional materials that they are
going to distribute before or after the symposium.
- All the promotional materials that will be distributed, have to
be sent to our agency address between October 05 – 10,
2013. No later arrivals will be accepted and will not be placed
into delegate bags. Also the distribution requests of nonreported materials will not be allowed.

INSTALLATION OF BOOTHS:
- The booths will be build up on 23.10.2013.
- No equipment carriage and construction will be allowed

- We are going to construct booths with standard equipments
for the companies who are not going to install their stands
with their own equipments.
- We request not to extend over the allocated areas and make
the arrangements in a way that won’t violate neighbor stands.
- For every 12 sqm booth, each company will gain 1 free
company representative registration right.

- Acentemiz stand alanlarında meydana gelecek kayıp, çalıntı
vb. durumlarda sorumluluk kabul etmeyecektir.
- Kongre merkezine dışarıdan yiyecek ve içecek maddesi
getirilmesi yasaktır. Getirilmesi halinde kongre merkezinin
belirleyeceği ücret uygulanacaktır.
- Kongre merkezinin duvarlarına herhangi bir şey asılması,
yapıştırılması yasak olup, aksi durumda meydana gelecek
zararlar ile ilgili olarak, firmanın kendisi sorumlu kabul
edilecektir.
- Standların genel temizliğinden acentemiz ve fuar personeli
kesinlikle sorumlu değildir. Stantların temizliği bizzat firmanın
kendi sorumluluğundadır.

agency personnel.
- The exhibition hall will be open between October 24-25,
2013.
- The company representatives must stay in their booths during
the exhibition hours.
- Our agency will not be responsible for the situations like loss
and theft.
- It is forbidden to bring food and beverage into the congress
center. In that case the center is authorized to charge determined price to the company. Please contact our agency
personnel for the food and beverage you request.
- It is forbidden to hang or stick anything on convention center
walls. In that case the company will be responsible for the
damages himself.
- Our agency and the congress personnel are not responsible
for the general cleaning of the stands.

NAKLİYE
Malzeme nakliyeleri katılımcıların kendilerine aittir. Ancak depolama
talep eden katılımcılarımız için firmamızla irtibata geçilmesi
gerekmektedir. Depolama imkanı mevcuttur. Kongre süresince arzu
eden katılımcılarımız tanışabilir ve / veya depolanmasını istedikleri
malzemelerini firmamız yetkilisi nezaretinde depolayabilirler.
FİRMA TEMSİLCİSİ KAYITLARI
Firmalar tarafından alınan her stand için, 1 firma temsilcisine ücretsiz
kayıt hakkı verilecektir. Lütfen firmanız tarafından kongreye ücretsiz
katılacak olan firma temsilcisi ismini ve ilave olarak kayıt ücreti
ödeyerek katılacak yetkililerinizin isim listesini 22-Ekim-2013 tarihine
kadar acentemize bildiriniz.
TRANSPORTATION OF MATERIALS
The company is responsible for the transportation of their own
materials to and from the congress center. However, participants,
who request for storage, must contact with company. Storage
facilities is available. During the congress, participants who desire
a portable and / or storage of any material can store under the
supervision of our authority.
REGISTRATION OF THE COMPANY REPRESENTATIVES
Each company will have 1 free registration. Please inform our agency
about the name(s) of the representative(s) who are going to participate
free and also the representatives who are going to participate with
paying their registration fees until 15 September 2012.
YİYECEK ve İÇECEK HİZMETLERİ
Kongre merkezinde konuklarınıza sunmak istediğiniz yiyecek ve içecek
hizmeti için, talepleriniz yazılı olarak acentemize iletilmelidir. Kongre
merkezinde servis edilecek olan yiyecek ve içeceklerle birlikte firmanız
logolu bardak ve peçeteler kullanılabilecektir. Tüm yiyecek ve içecek
siparişleri acentemiz tarafından alınacaktır. Aksi takdirde dışarıdan
getireceğiniz yiyecek ve içeceklere izin verilmeyecektir.
Standlar ve aktivite alanlarında yapılacak yiyecek ve içecek servisi ve
her türlü aktivitenin detaylı içerik ve akış saatleri ile ilgili bilginin 23Ekim-2013 tarihine kadar acentemize bildirilmesi gerekmektedir.
FOOD AND BEVERAGE SERVICES
Requests submitted in writing to our agency for food and beverage
service that is demanded so as to service to guests at congress center.
The food and drinks will be served at the Convention Center along
with your company logo can be used glasses and napkins. All food
and drink orders will be taken by our agency. Otherwise, food and
drinks from outside will not be allowed. Food and beverage service
that will be in stands and activity areas and detailed information of all
kinds of activity and flow time should be notified to agency until 23
October 2013.
STAND ALANINA GİRİŞLER
Tüm firma temsilcileri, stand alanları açılmadan 1 saat öncesinde stand
alanlarına girebilirler. Tüm stand görevlileri ve firma temsilcilerinin,
yaka kartlarını takmaları mecburidir. Hiçbir firma temsilcisi veya stand
görevlisi yaka kartını takmadan stand alanına giremeyecektir. Stand
alanlarına, açılış saatlerinden önce kongre katılımcıları alınmayacaktır.
ENTRANCE TO EXHIBITION HALL
All the company representatives can enter to exhibition hall one
hour before the opening. All the company representatives and stand
responsibles must carry their badges. No entrance will be allowed
without badges. The congress participants won’t be allowed to enter
to exhibition hall before the opening hours.
YANGIN TALIMATI
Kongre merkezinde kullanılacak tüm malzemeler tutuşmaz
malzemelerden hazırlanmalıdır. Stand alanında firmaların yerleşimi
yangın alarmı, yangın uyarı sistem araçları ve yangın söndürme
araçlarını engellemeyecek şekilde olacaktır.
FIRE INSTRUCTIONS
All the materials which will be used at the congress center must be
made of non-flammable material.
The placement of the companies in the stand areas must be done in
compliance to the fact that they should not block the fire alarm, fire
warning system device and the fire engine.
GÜVENLİK
Acentemiz, kongre sonuna kadar kongre merkezinin ve malzemelerinin
güvenliğini sağlayacaktır.
Ancak bu durum, acentemizi, herhangi bir kayıp veya çalıntı halinde
sorumluluk altında tutmayacaktır.
Kayıp, çalıntı, hasar vb durumlar için, firmaların malzemelerini
sigortalatması önerilir.
SECURITY
Our agency will provide the security of the congress center and
congress materials until the end of the congress. But this will not
make our agency responsible of any loss or theft. It is recommended
that the companies insure their materials for any situation like loss,
theft, damage, etc.
