Editorial Message
Organic Communications, which is one of the leading journals of the ACG Publications,
entered into the scientific world with its first issue in 2008. The basic aim of the ACG Publications is
to contribute in order to proclaim of the results of the scientific researches to the scientific community
through free online journals. Organic Communications welcomes on articles synthetic organic
chemistry. Reviews, research papers and short reports are considered on synthetic and mechanistic
organic chemistry.
We intend to placing this journal at the forefront in recording significant researches on
synthetic organic chemistry. Within five year period, by the contributions of the authors worldwide,
Organic Communications has been involved in the databases such as Chemical Abstracts Service,
EBSCOhost, DOAJ, Index Copernicus and SCOPUS.
In the past five years, 75 papers by 254 authors from 54 different institutions of 13 countries
have been published in the journal. The published papers in Organic Communications have been
cited 110 times in 79 diffrent scientific journal. We belive that impact of Journal in the organic
chemistry area will be increase in the near future.
We would like to thank all the authors who contributed papers for the issues in this period.
