Project management to increase the quality of the logistics activities :
2005 – developed and implemented an inbound project (called as Gimbound), which allows the
suppliers use a distribution net of one cargo firm all over Turkey to transport their goods to all of the
Gima and Endi stores. This project was a collaborative study with our purchasing department covering
all the direct deliveries
2004 – developed and implemented Cross docking in Gebze Warehouse, enabling us to decrease of
our stocks by 16%
2002 – developed and implemented GIMA’s Warehouse Management System,
Leading the preparations of ISO 9001 system with the target of making GİMA the first FMCG company
in Turkey to obtain an ISO 9001 licence
Key attendant in the Fee Adjustment Management Project in GİMA in collaboration with HAY Group.
