I attended courses and received certificates on European Union integration and EU policies (mainly
Common Agricultural Policy, common foreign and security policy and social policy) in Ankara
University European Research Centre and attended the course on “How to Operate in Brussels” in the
Netherlands.
Besides, I participated in various seminars and workshops on the EU policies (such as summer
school on “EU Law and Policies” in Baku organized by Azerbaijan Diplomatic Academy and European
University Institute-Florence (2007), Conference on Leadership scenarios for Europe‟s Future in 2009
(Bled/Slovenia), workshop on “Developing Foreign Policy on Energy Issues” in 2010 organized by
Netherlands Institute for Higher Education (Ankara), various study visits to Nato (2004, Brussels) and
workshops on EU policies (2001-2003, Brussels)
I also have certificates on Project Cycle Management and certificate of TESOL “Teaching English to
Speakers of Other Languages” from Canada College (A list of certificates and the attended courses is
