CARNIVAL THIS COMING
MONDAY 8 DECEMBER 2014
To help celebrate our students’ achievements throughout the year
and launch KidsMatter Primary (KMP) MHPS invites ALL
families from our school community to attend and watch their
child participate in a Twilight Sports Carnival held at the school
and run by the Education Sports Carnivals (ESC) on Monday 8
December 2014 at 5:30 pm.

Christmas Raffle 2014
The Christmas Raffle has begun! There is
a
fabulous display of prizes in the foyer of the
office. Come into the Foyer and view the
large Christmas stocking filled with gifts and
toys.
Raffle Tickets - at $1 each they are a bargain !
Please note that all tickets both sold/unsold
must be returned by this coming Friday 5th
December, 2014.

The final draw will be held at school during the School
Twilight Sports carnival on Monday 8th
December with the winners notified in person or by
telephone & published in school Newsletter. Good Luck!
TWILIGHT SPORTS SAUSAGE SIZZLE
THIS COMING MONDAY 8 DECEMBER 2014
This coming Monday 8th December, students will be
participating in fun sports activities from 5:30pm.
Parents are invited to watch their
children and enjoy the fun. There will be $1.00
Halal sausages and $1.00 cold drinks for sale during the
sports events.

Parent (Guardian/Carer) Teacher Meeting
Thursday 18 December 2014
On Tuesday 2 December 2014 EVERY CHILD would have brought home a Parent (Guardian/Carer) Teacher Meeting Request
Form. A time will be made available so that your child’s progress for Semester 2 will be discussed and their written report and Portfolio will be issued to you.
We request a completed form from EACH CHILD, please complete and return the form to your child’s Home Group Teacher
no later than Tuesday 9 December 2014. This will assist Home Group Teachers with coordinating times so that Parents
(Guardians/Carers) will not have to wait for long periods between meetings.
Every effort will be made to accommodate preferred time slots and confirmation of your appointment time/s will be sent home
with your child on Thursday 11 December 2014. If your child did not bring a Parent (Guardian/Carer) Teacher Meeting Request Form home please inform your child’s Home Group Teacher so that you can receive one.

02 Aralik 2014 Salı günü HER ÖĞRENCİYE Öğretment / Veli Görüşmeleri ile ilgili form verilmiştir. Görüşmede çocuğunuzun 2. Sömestrdeki başarı
durumu açıklanılacaktır, karnesi ve öğrenci değerlendirme defter size verilecektir.
Lütfen her çocuğunuzun formunuzu tamamlayıp en geç 09 Aralik Salı gününe kadar okula geri gönderiniz. Böylece oğretmenler velilerle olan
görüşme saatlerini ayarlayabilecek ve görüşmeler sırasındaki uzun bekleyişlerin önüne geçilecektir.

RECYCLE YOUR OLD & UNUSED MOBILES
Have you got an old or unused mobiles at home? If
you do, please bring them
into school to be
recycled. You can put them
in the container, located at the office. From each mobile that is
recycled, the school gets $2. The money will be put towards
improving our
garden at school.

LOST PROPERTY
If you are looking for any of your children’s missing jackets,
hats, windcheaters, etc., please check in the Lost
