HAKKIMIZDA
F rmamız 1990 yılı başlarında İç Anadolu
Bölges ’nde kamış ve hasır ürünler üretmekte
ken, tur zm n gel şmes le b rl kte 1996 yılında
Antalya’dak şubes n Nasredd n Hasır
Dekorasyon adı altında açmıştır.
2005 yılında sektör l der hal ne gelen firmamız
müşter talepler ve yatırımcı yönlend rmeler
sonucu NASREDDİN ORMAN ÜRÜNLERİ
ş rket n kurarak Antalya’da emprenyel ahşap
ürün ve kereste satışı le yen b r sayfa açmıştır.
2008 Yılında ahşabı geleceğ n yapı malzemes
olarak gören firmamız yatırım kararı alıp
Antalya’nın Ser k İlçes ’nde 5.000 m² sahada
3.000 m² s kapalı alanda lam ne k r ş tes s n
kurmuştur.
F rmamız, fabr kamızın kurulması le b rl kte
tur zm yatırımları ç nde öneml projelere mza
atan, profesyonel b r yönet m anlayışı olan,
teknoloj s n sürekl olarak yen leyen ve asla
vazgeçmeyeceğ müşter odak lı k al te
pol t kasını gel şt ren b r kurumsal anlayış
ortaya koydu. Zaman ç nde hedef olmayan
firmaların sektörden çek lmek zorunda
kaldıklarını gördükçe de lkeler m ze daha da
sarıldık.
Bu düşünceler ışığında 2011 yılında Feth yeMarmar s-Bodrum üçgen nde yer alan ve
bölge l der olan Salman Ahşap Sanay Ş rket ’n
bünyem ze kattık. Başarı vmem z hızlandıran
bu yapılanma le yatırımlara daha da hız veren
firmamız aldığı üret m hatları le 6 ana yatırımı
bünyes nde barındıran özgün b r yapıya
k avuşmuştur. Bu üret m çeş tl l ğ le

wood products and t mber on the demand of the
customers and the nducement of nvestors.

yurt ç ve yurtdışı projelere yapısal ahşap le
lg l çözüm ortağı olması planlanmıştır. Bu
tes ste ülkem zde b r lk olan önümüzdek
yıllarda yapı sektöründe hak ett ğ yer alacağını
düşündüğümüz, CLT panel duvarlı evler n ser
üret m yapılacaktır.
Bu yapılanma le b rl kte nsana yatırımı da
hızlandırarak kal te pol t kamızı b r sev ye daha
yükseğe taşıdık. Türk ye’de ahşap konusunda
seçk n b r mühend sl k ve üret m ek b ne sah p
olan firmamız b rçok projeye başarı le mza
atmıştır.
In 2008 our company dec ded to make an
nvestment for the product on of glulam beams
on 5.000 m² area w th a covered area of 3.000 m² n
Ser k wh ch s a d str ct of Antalya. Because we
saw that wood would be the preferred
construct on mater al n the future.
W th the establ shment of our factory our
company became an mportant solut on partner
for tour st c nvestments and projects because of
ts profess onal management approach. Our
company establ shed a reputat on wh ch was
based on cont nuous h gh-tech nvestments and
customer or ented qual ty pol c es. As we saw that
compan es that d d not have pr nc ples or pol c es
left the ndustry n t me we became more bonded
to our pol c es.

n Antalya w ll be a solut on partner for domest c
or nternat onal project regard ng structural
wood and glulam beams. Also n these fac l t es
we are plann ng to produce CLT Panel Houses
wh ch we th nk w ll have an mportant pos t on n
the construct on ndustry n the near future.

400x15.000 cm. Cert fied PUR glue s used for th s process.

Duvarları oluşturan 6.7, 9.2 veya 12cm kalınlıkta ve 14.2 yüksekl ktek ç ft lamba zıvanalı ahşap profiller, % 10 – 14
arası fırınlanmış thal lad n keresteden, kurt ağızı geçme (fingerjo nt) s stemde boy ekl olarak h drol k preste
sıkılmış lam ne ahşap k r şlerden oluşmaktadır. Ahşap yapının tamamı kapı, pencere, kablo holler , yalıtım
modüller vb. tüm detayları le b rl kte, üret m önces nde AutoCAD Arc tecture (M mar AutoCAD) tabanlı 3
boyutlu özel ahşap konstrüks yon programında tasarlanır ve programın CNC arayüzü vasıtasıyla üret m yapacak
olan özel 5 eksen CNC mak neye aktarılır. Tüm ahşap duvar, çatı ve zem n elemanları, CNC mak nede el
değmeden, mm’ n n 1/5 hassas yet nde hazırlanır. Duvarları oluşturan ahşap profiller üst üste konarak, duvar
kes ş m ve köşe b rleş mler nde kertme veya kırlangıç s stemde b rb r ne geç r l r ve yaylı çel k bulonlarla k l tlen r.

The profiles pressed by hydraul c presses from k ln dr ed spruce w th finger jo nt connect ons w th a
th ckness of 6.7, 9.2 or 12 cm and a he ght of 14.2 cm produced w th double tongue-and-groove const tute
the walls. The whole bu ld ng nclud ng deta ls l ke doors, w ndows, cable holes, solat on modules etc. are
des gned w th the AutoCAD Arch tecture software n 3D and transferred to the 5 ax s CNC mach nery w th
the su table nterface. All the wooden wall, roof and oor mater al s produced by the CNC mach nery w th a
currency of 1/5 mm w thout human touch. Dur ng assembly ons te the profiles wh ch const tute the walls
are jo nt by the notches and are locked by steel bolts w th spr ngs.

Karkas oluşturulduktan sonra d rek olarak CLT duvar panel
kullanılacağı g b , araya ısı ve ses yalıtım malzemeler de
konup ç ve dış cepheler değ ş k malzemelerle
kaplanab len b r yapı türüdür.

Hard wood trees (beech, oak, chestnut, walnut) and
soft wood trees (scotch fir, spruce) are used to

go ng to be used. After finger jo nt and lam nat on procedures are completed, they are
manufactured us ng advanced technology, computer controlled mach nes. Water based
pa nts and pol sh wh ch protects the wood from external weather cond t ons are used,
followed by the connect ng of EPDM membranes, alum n um ra n sh elds and
accessor es, mak ng them ready for assembly. Our product types d ffer from each other
based on a large number of d fferent var ables such as ap or fixed w ndows, s ngle or
double open ng panes, double- s ded ap feature, t lt ng n the upper parts, t lt ng n the

accessor es and decorat on we are go ng to use n our gardens for these
types of act v t es, s very mportant. What stands out first of all are the
gardens wh ch have a wooden style. As wood s a natural and eas ly
processed product, and as t arouses a feel ng of warmth, t can be used
just as extens vely n gardens as t s n decorat ons. The fact that t fits n
w th the garden env ronment also makes wood nd spensable for
garden decor. You may cons der wooden seat ng groups and tables,
cha rs and coffee tables wh ch have been shaped by hand-carv ng, n

Bu fazda ahşap ısı ve buhar le şlen r. Isı hızlı b r şek lde 100 C ye çıkarılır ve bu süreç boyunca ahşabın
ç ndek nem n neredeyse tamamı atılır.
İk nc faz se ısıl şlem fazıdır:
Bu fazda ısı 180-215 derece arasına yükselt l r. Ahşap son kullanım amacına göre yaklaşık 2-3 saat
boyunca bu fazda yüksek ısıya maruz bırakılır. Bu süreçte kalan nem n tümü ahşabın ç nden atılır.
Üçüncü faz se soğutma ve nem oranını ayarlama fazıdır:
Bu fazda su püskürtme s stemler kullanılarak soğutma şlem gerçekleşt r l r. Isı 80-90 C ye ulaştığında
nem oranı ayarlama sürec başlar ve ahşabın nem oranı %4-7 olacak şek lde ayarlanır.

The first phase s the dry ng phase In th s phase wood s be ng processed w th heat and steam. Heat s
rap dly ra sed up to 100 C. Dur ng th s process nearly all mo stur ze content n the wood s removed.
The second phase s the heat treatment phase
In th s phase heat s ra sed up to 180-215 C and kept at th s level for 2-3 hours accord ng to the final
purpose of use of the mater al. In th s phase all rema n ng mo stur ze content s totally removed from
the wood.
The th rd phase s the cool ng and mo stur ze phase In th s phase the wood s cooled w th water
sprays. When the temperature has decreased to 80-90 C the mo stur ze process starts and the
hum d ty of the wood s arranged as % 4-7.
