Genel Amaç / The Overall Aim
Projenin genel amacı
Mesleki eğitim ve öğretim
alanında çalışan eğiticilerin,
danışmanların, yöneticilerin, alan
sorumlularının ve politika
yapıcıların, engelli bireylerin
yaşam boyu öğrenme fırsatlarına,
ilave eğitimlere ve kapsayıcı
istihdama entegrasyonuna
odaklanarak, engellilerin açık
işgücü piyasasına aktif
katılımlarını sağlamalarında
yardımcı olmaktır.
The overall aim of the project is:
To help the Vocational and
Educational trainers, counsellors,
managers,line managers and also
policy makers to facilitate the
active participation of people with
disabilities in the open primary
labour market focusing on lifelong
learning opportunities, additional
training and their integration in the
inclusive employment.

Projenin Hedefleri / Project Objectives

Bu alanda üretilmiş bilgiyi ve AB’ndeki en iyi
uygulamaları aktarmak, Conversion ve Pass it
on Projeleri kapsamında oluşturulmuş eğitim
materyallerini Türkiye’ye ve İtalya’ya özgü hale
getirerek adapte etmek ve geliştirmek,
Engelli istihdamı ve iş dünyasına entegrasyonu
konusunda, Türkiye’deki karar alıcı ve politika
yapıcıları oluşturulan materyaller ve
uzmanlıkla desteklemek,
Engellilerin hayata ve özellikle iş dünyasına
katılımlarını artırmak için, uygulanan politikaların
iyileştirilmesi için ilgili kurumların,
vatandaşların farkındalıklarını artırmak
Engellileri açık işgücü piyasasında desteklemek
için, -bu projede oluşturulmuş eğitim materyalleri
ve pilot eğitimler aracılığı ile- bu alanda çalışan
yönetici ve kilit çalışanların, “destekli istihdam
modelini” uygulamalarını sağlamak, bu sisteme
geçişi başlatmak

training materials from “Conversion” and
“Pass it on” Projects )
Support to Turkish policy makers with key
materials and expertise,
Raise awareness (corporate, public,
political) on benefits of PWD integration,
Enable managers and key staff (employers)
to implement supported employment, and
VET organizations, disability organizations
etc. to support the PWD in open labour
market (pilot workshop and blended learning
materials),
Achieve sustainability through a set-up of
helpdesk in TR
