Firma ilkelerine yön veren ve firmamızın kurucusu Makine Mühendisi Cem KOÇAK Polimer Mühendisliğinde Yüksek Lisans eğitimini tamamlamış 25 yıllık sanayi tecrübesi ve 15 yıllık çift vidalı extruder tecrübesi ile çalışmaktadır. Yıllarca Avrupa makine imalatçıları ile bir çok makine devreye alan Cem
KOÇAK İngiltere de extruder imal eden bir firmada çalışarak tüm bilgi ve tecrübesini firmasına taşımıştır.
Yüzlerce extruder hattı imal ederek ve devreye alarak Türkiye de ilklere imza atmıştır.

Who are we?
Monomex, a company expertized on machinery design and plastic compounding, aims to
keep quality at the highest level with its “Twin Screw Extruder” machine production. Therefore, it is
a company that strives for becoming a pioneer in the sector, that likes research and development,
and that mixes its producer identity with its scientific identity.
Mechanical Engineer Cem KOÇAK, who is the founder of the company and that directs the
principles of the company, has completed his master’s degree education on Polymer Engineering
and has a 25 years’ expertise in the industry and also 15 years’ expertise in twin screw extruders.
Cem KOÇAK, who has produced many machines together with European machinery producers,
gained his knowledge and experience in a company that produces extruders in England and transferred it to his own company. He became a pioneer in Turkey by producing and implementing hundreds of extruder production lines.
Our company which closely follows innovation and continuous improvement is able to produce the best machinery thanks to computer assisted design and production methods. Our employees use current technologies, are well trained and experts in their fields. Our company is able

Çift vidalı aynı yöne dönen ekstrüder makinelerinin tarifini yaparsak; literatürde pompalama makinesi olarak geçen ekstrüderler geliştirilerek, formüle edilmiş malzemeleri yüksek sıcaklık ve basınçta eritip,

Masterbatch üreticilerinin arkasındaki büyük güç monomex daha kaliteli ve daha verimli üretimi
sürekli sağlamak için sektörde çalışmaktadır. Daha karlı bir üretim yapmak için gerekli destek monomex
tarafından sağlanmaktadır. Masterbatch konusunda uzman Mühendis kadromuz ile üretimin kimyasını görüşerek daha doğru yatırımlar yapabilirsiniz.
Masterbatchlerin kullanıldığı prosesler; enjeksiyon, şişirme, film, ekstrüzyon (film, levha ve profil),
kalender, rotasyondur. Masterbatchler Polietilen, Polipropilen, Polistiren, ABS, Termoplastikler, EVA, mühendislik plastikleri ve özel compaundlarda kullanılabilmektedir.
Masterbatch üretim süreci Mono ve tailor made olarak 2 kısıma ayrılır. Mono üretiminde ana renkler
çalışılır. Tailor made yani renk eşleştirmede ise renkler karıştırılarak, istenilen renk koduna göre üretim yapılır.
Turn Key Production Lines
Monomex, which is a strong power behind masterbatch producers, works to provide higher
quality and more productive production in the sector. The support needed for a more profitable production is provided by monomex. You can contact with our engineering team, which is specialized
on masterbatch, to make better investments.
Masterbatch processes are injection, blow, film, extrusion (film, plate and profile), calender,
and rotation molding. Masterbatchler can be done with Polyethylene, Polypropylene, Polystyrene,
ABS, Thermoplastics, EVA, engineering plastics and special compounds.
Masterbatch production processes are divided into two, which are Mono and tailor made. In
Mono production main colors are used. In tailor made method colors are mixed to produce according to the desired color code.

Mühendislik plastiklerin de % 60 Polikarbonat ve % 40 Cam elyaf üretiminde kullanılan örnek vida dizilimi aşağıdaki gibidir.

DİŞLİ POMPA
Ekstruderlerin ön tarafında çalışan ve birçok avantajı olan bir makinedir. Polimer kimyası ve prosesin geçerli olduğu alanlarda dişli pompaların büyük bir
önemi ve yeri vardır. Dişli pompa günümüzde yeni imal
edilen ekstruderlerin üzerinde, mevcut ekstruderlere
ise sonradan monte edilerek kullanılabilmektedirler.
Her iki durumda da dişli pompa; üretimi yükseltmek,
daha düzgün ürün elde etmek, enerji tasarrufu sağlamak, esneklik sağlamak, ürün kalitesini iyileştirmek
için kullanılmaktadır. Genel kullanım alanları, monofilamentler, laminasyon, termoform amaçlı levha üretimi,
folyo, kaplama, profil, boru olarak, kablo ekstruzyonu
vb. olarak sayılabilir.
Karşılaştırmalı grafikte görüldüğü üzere extruder çıkışı basıncı sıfır a yaklaşmakla beraber kalıp giriş
basıncı çok daha fazla olmaktadır. Böylelikle hem ana
motor tork değeri düşmekte, hemde degazörden ürün
gelmesi gibi sıkıntılar yaşanmamaktadır. Ana motor da
tork değeri düştüğünden akım da düşer ve extruder e daha fazla miktarda malzeme beslenebilir. Yaklaşık
olarak extruder de %30 oranlarında kapasite artırımı sağlanabilmektedir.
MEX DP dişli pompa ile yeni bir extruder yatırımı yerine, dişli pompa ilavesi ile hem daha kaliteli
malzeme üretilebilmekte hem de kapasite artışı sağlanabilmektedir.
SCREW PUMP
This is a machine that works at the front side of extruders and that provide many advantages. Screw pumps are very important for applications that use polymer chemistry and processes.
Screw pumps today can be used on newly produced extruders or by mounting on extruders. In both
situations screw pumps are used to increase production, achieve better products, energy savings,
flexibility, improve product quality. Their general usage areas are monofilaments, lamination, plate
production for thermoform, folio, coating, profile, pipes, cable extrusion etc.
As it can be seen in the comparative graphic the extruder output pressure gets close to zero
while the input pressure is a lot higher. This both lowers the torque value of the main engine and
also eliminates problems in the degasifier. Because the torque value of the main engine goes down
the flow also goes lower and more material can be fed to the extruder. This increases the capacity
of the extruder approximately by 30%. With MEX DP screw pump you do not need to make a new Extruder investment, but you can
add a new screw pump to your existing machine in order to produce a higher quality product and
also to increase your capacity. 6

FİLTRE
Monomex in geliştirmiş olduğu filtreleme sistemleri ile ekstruderlerdeki malzeme akışını zorlanmadan istenilen boyuttaki malzemenin tutulması sağlanarak temiz ve pürüzsüz bir urun elde edilir.
Plastik ekstrüzyon sektöründe, plastik içerisindeki pislik ve atıklar kabul edilemez, bu pislikler üretimin kalitesini etkilemekle beraber işleme prosesini de etkilemektedir. Bu nedenle plastik eriyik kalitesini
zayıflatmayan mükemmel bir filtrasyon sistemi kullanmak şarttır.
Firmamızın yapmış olduğu filtre sistemlerini farklı kılan iki temel ilke bulunmaktadır.
* Plastik eriyik filtreleri, yüzde yüz devamlı akışın olduğu operasyonlar içindir (eriyik akışında hiçbir
ara olmaksızın)
* Plastik eriyik filtreleri, devamlı akışın olmadığı operasyonlar içindir (eriyik akışında kısa aralıklar
olduğunda)
FILTER
The filtering systems developed by Monomex provides the ability to filter out materials at
desired size without damaging material flow in extruders in order to receive a clean and smooth
product.
Impurities and wastes in plastics are unacceptable in the plastic extrusion sector and these
impurities both effect production quality and also the processing phase. Therefore, a perfect filtration system that does not reduce the plastic solution quality has to be used.
The filtering systems that are developed by our company rely on two main principles.
* Plastic solutions filters that are for 100% continuous flow operations (without any breaks in the
flow of the solution)
* Plastic solution filters that are for non-continuous flow operations (when there are short interruptions in the flow of the solution)

GRANÜLATÖRLER
Kampound üretimi genellikle granül denilen tane şeklinde yapılır. Üretim sırasında kalıp üzerinde bulunan deliklerden çıkan malzeme kesintisiz olarak havuz içine girer. Havuz
da sertleşen malzeme kalıpta ki delik fitil şeklinde uzayarak
Granülatör denilen kesim makinesine girer ve bu arada eşit
şekilde kesilerek paketlenir.
Monomex MEG serisi Granülatörler ile birinci sınıf ürün
kalitesi sağlanır. Yeni seri granülatörler daha uzun ömürlü ve
extrüderler ile kesintisiz çalışabilen geliştirilmiş mühendislik
tasarımıdır.
GRANULATORS
Compound production is generally done in the form of granules. The materials that get
out continuously from gaps in the mold end up in a pool. The material that hardens in the pool
stretches and enters into the cutting machine called granulator and is cut in here equally and
packaged.
Monomex MEG series Granulators provide first class product quality. The new series of
granulators are improved engineering products that have a longer lifespan and can be operated
uninterruptedly.

VİBRATÖRLÜ ELEK
Vibratörlü Elek makinesi özellikle plastik ve kauçuk sektöründe kullanılmak üzere tasarlanmıştır.
Kesim sisteminden sonrası ve paketlemeden önce kurulan Vibratörlü Elek makinesinin başlıca avantajları:
Boyutsal olarak malzemeleri sınıflandırır. Su ile ıslanan plastik malzemenin kısa sürede kuruyarak nemini atması sağlanır. Elenen malzemenin göz ve el ile kontrolü mümkündür. Malzemelerin elekten dışarıya sıçramasını
engellemek için özel giriş haznesi mevcuttur.
Malzeme yüzeyindeki toz ve çapakların temizlenmesini sağlar. Malzemenin içine giren büyük parçalar elenir. İstenildiği takdirde manyetik ayırıcı monte edilebilir. Titreşimlere çok dayanıklı bir tasarımı olup paslanmaz elek kısmında kaynak gibi zamanla kırılabilecek
unsurlar yoktur.
VIBRATING SCREEN
Vibrating Screen machine is designed especially to be used in the plastic
and rubber sectors. The main advantages
of the vibrating screen, which is used after
the cutting system and before packaging:
Classifies materials according to
their sizes. Dries wet plastic material in a short
period of time. Sifted material can be inspected by
eye and hand. It has a special input reservoir that prevents spillage from the screen.
It enables cleaning the dust and burrs
on the surface of the material. Large pieces that entered to the material is eliminated. A magnetic separator can be mounted if needed. It has a very sturdy design against vibrations and there are not parts that may break in times
such as welds in the screen.
KURUTUCU
Nihayi ürün problemleri arasında nem önemli bir yer tutar. Ürün içinde kalan nem ıslaklık hissi vermeden mamül haline dönüşürken ön görülemeyen ve sebebi bulunması çok zor sorunlara yol açar. Nem oranını azaltmanın en önemli unsuru üretim sırasında
kurutucu kullanmaktır. Kurutucularımız yüksek performansla çalışarak, üretim sırasında ürünlerin nem oranını azaltmaktadır. Ergonomik
yapısı ve hatalı gelen ürünlerde otomatik kapak açarak pozisyonunu
koruyan bir yapı içerisindedir.
DRYER
This is very important for the final product problems. Humid that is trapped in the product and that cannot be foreseen
during the creation of the final product can create problems that
are very hard to solve. The most important step to reduce humid is to use a dryer
during production. Our dryers have high performance and reduce humid in products during production. It has an ergonomic structure and the ability to sustain
its position by opening its lid when faulty products enter.
