Objectives of the Course
• To be able to recognise the debates around the nature of leadership and
what it means by identifying the key definitions of leadership used in
practice today and past.
• To be able comprehend the importance and results of working in teams
effectively for organizations.
• To be able understand the origins of leadership and team management.
in the science of opinion and its place in organizations
