GİRİŞ
İnsan Hakları Derneği (İHD), Uluslararası İnsan Hakları Federasyonu (FİDH) ve AvrupaAkdeniz İnsan Hakları Ağı (EMHRN) tarafından hazırlanan bu rapor, 25 Haziran 2015
tarihinde Rojava Bölgesi Kobane Kantonuna yönelik IŞİD örgütü tarafından gerçekleştirilen

bombalı saldırılar ve sivil katliamlara ilişkin, yapılan inceleme çalışmaları sonucunda elde
bilgi ve tespitleri içermektedir.
Raporda yer alan tespitlerin öncelikli vurgusu, 25 Hazirandan önce gerçekleşen ve IŞİD
örgütünün güç kaybetmesine ile sonuçlanan olayların, 25 Haziran katliamından bağımsız
düşünülemeyeceği yorumuna dayanmaktadır.
IŞİD terör örgütü tarafından Rojava Bölgesi Kobane Kantonu’na 2013 yılında başlayan
saldırılar, 2014 yılının Eylül ayı itibariyle artarak devam etmiştir. Yaklaşık 2 ay süren
saldırılar ve yaşanan karşılıklı çatışmalar neticesinde birçok kişi hayatını kaybetmiş, binlerce
kişi sığınmacı statüsü ile Türkiye’ye geçiş yapmıştır. Kadın ve çocuk ayrımı yapılmadan
binlerce sivil katledilmesi ile sonuçlanan IŞİD saldırıları, YPG ve YPJ güçlerinin müdahalesi
ile belli oranda engellenmiş ve son olarak uluslararası koalisyon güçlerinin desteğiyle 2015
yılının Ocak ayında saldırılar püskürtülmüş ve IŞİD üyeleri Kobane’den çıkarılmıştır.
Örgütün, stratejik konumu ve ekonomik durum açısından Irak ile bağlantı noktası olarak
kullandığı ve önem bir geçiş noktası olarak gördüğü Haseke’de güç kaybına uğramasının
ardından da, Akçakale sınır kapısının karşısında bulunan Tel Abyad’dan da çıkarılmıştır. IŞİD
için önemli ve stratejik noktaların YPG ve YPJ güçlerinin eline geçmesi ile birlikte güç
kaybetmek istemeyen IŞİD örgütü, saldırılarını arttırarak devam etmiştir.
YPG ve YPJ güçleri tarafından IŞİD terör örgütünün Kobane ve Tel Abyaddan çıkarılması
neticesinde Türkiye’nin en uzun sınır hattının yaklaşık 400 kilometrelik bölümü Partiya
Yekitiya Demokratik (PYD)’ye bağlı güçlerin kontrolüne geçmiştir.
OLAY
25 Haziran 2015 tarihinde, Rojava Bölgesi Kobanê Kantonuna yönelik IŞİD örgütü tarafından
bombalı saldırılar gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bombalı saldırılar ile birlikte kente sızan örgüt üyeleri,
sivil insanlara yönelik katliamlar gerçekleştirmiştir.
HEYETİN OLUŞUMU VE İNCELEME SÜRECİ
25 Haziran 2015 tarihinde Kobane’de gerçekleştirilen saldırı ve sivil katliamlara yönelik
olarak gerçekleştirilen hak ihlallerinin yerinde tespiti amacı İnsan Hakları Derneği,
Uluslararası İnsan Hakları Federasyonu (FİDH) ve Avrupa-Akdeniz İnsan Hakları Ağı
(EMHRN) tarafından, saldırı ve katliamların yaşandığı Kobane’de tespit ve incelemelerde
bulunmak üzere bir heyet oluşturulmuştur. Oluşturulan heyet içerisinde,

Yer almıştır.
08 Temmuz 2015 tarihinde inceleme çalışmalarına başlayan heyet, Urfa’nın Suruç ilçesine
gelmiş ve Kobane’ye geçiş yapmadan önce, Suruç Kaymakamı Abdullah Çiftçi ile saat 12.00
civarında bir görüşme gerçekleştirmiştir. Görüşme ardından saat 13.00 gibi Kobane geçiş
yapılmış ve burada PYD yetkilileri ve sivil toplum kuruluşlarıyla bir toplantı yapılmış ve
görüşmeler gerçekleştirilmiştir. Katliamda yaşamını yitiren ve olayın tanığı olan mağdurlarla
da yapılan görüşmeler gerçekleştirilmiştir. Yaşanan katliamda yaşamın yitirenler için yapılan
mezarlık ziyaret edilmiştir. Kent merkezine ilişkin görsel kayıtların da tutulduğu inceleme
çalışmaları sonuçlandırılarak, saat 18.00 civarında tekrardan Suruç ilçesine dönülmüştür.
HEYETİN GERÇEKLEŞTİRDİĞİ GÖRÜŞME VE GÖZLEMLER
Heyetimiz ilk olarak Suruç Kaymakamı Sayın Abdullah Çiftçi ile görüşmüştür.
Yaptığımız görüşmede aşağıdaki bilgileri ve görüşleri aktarmıştır:
Biz bu meseleyi siyasi algıların ötesinde insani açıdan bakıyoruz. Şu anda Suruç’ta
Kobane’den gelenlerden 26.000 kişi çadır kentlerde kalıyor. Bunların arasında 18-19
Ermeni aile de bulunuyor. Kobane’den gelip daha önce Suruç’ta kalanların bir kısmı
farklı illerde mevsimlik tarım işçisi olarak çalıştığından rakamlar biraz düştü. Ancak
sonbahar ile birlikte rakam 30.000 veya 40.000’i bulabilir.
Kobane’ye Türkiye’den 2000 tır insani yardım gönderildi. Resmi rakamlara göre şu
ana kadar 71.000 kişi Kobane’ye geri döndü. Sınır kapısı Pazartesi ve Perşembe günü
mazeretli geçişler için açılıyor. Şu ana kadar 5200 savaşçı Türkiye’de tedavi edildi.
Suruç’ta kalanlara 8500 paket 50’şer kiloluk yardım kolileri dağıtılıyor.
25 Haziran 2015’deki son IŞİD saldırısı sonrası Kobane’de bir kaos var. Bu nedenle,
Türkiye sınır kapılarını açsa Kobane’de hiçbir sivil kalmaz. Son saldırıda daha önceki
saldırısında giremediği yerlere kadar giren IŞİD’in Kobane içerisinde uyuyan
hücreleri var. Dün (07 Temmuz 2015) 1500 civarında insan Türkiye’ye geçmek istedi
ancak izin vermedim. Saldırıda Türkiye sınırının kullanılmadığını PYD yetkilileri de
kabul ediyor.
HEYETİMİZİN KOBANE DEKİ GÖZLEMLERİ

08.07.2015 tarihinde saat 13.00 itibariyle Mürşitpınar sınır kapısından Kobanê’ye
geçilmiş ve geçiş sırasında, bomba yüklü aracın patlatıldığı belirtilen alanda büyük bir
tahribatın meydana geldiği ve bu alanda yeni bir kapı yapılmak üzere inşaat
çalışmalarına başlandığı gözlemlenmiştir.

Kobane’de DAİŞ saldırıları sonucu gerçekleştirilen olaylarda, kentin birçok
kısmının yıkık bir vaziyette olduğu, ancak insanların halen Kobane’de günlük
yaşamlarını devam ettirdiği, dükkânların açık olduğu, esnaf tarafından günlük işlerin
devam ettirildiği tespit edilmiştir.

Kentin girişinden başlayarak görevliler tarafından mayın cihazları ile mayın
taramalarının yapıldığı, araçların herhangi bir olası mayın patlaması tehlikesi nedeni
ile sürekli olarak zikzaklar çizer vaziyette seyir halinde olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

PYD yönetimi ile görüşme gerçekleştirilmiş olup, PYD Eşbaşkanı Asya Abdullah
ve Kobane Kantonu Başbakanı Enver Müslim ile Kadın, Adalet, Ekonomi alanından
sorumlular ve TEV-DEM yetkilileri ile görüşmeler yapılmıştır. Ayrıca tanıklar
dinlenmiş, olaya ilişkin olarak oluşturulan araştırma komisyonları tarafından bilgiler
heyetimize aktarılmıştır.

Kobanê Kantonu Başbakanı Enver Müslim, “Katliamdan sonra Kobane’yi ziyaret
eden ilk heyetsiniz, desteğiniz bizler için önemli. Kobane’de gerçekleştirilen bu
katliam ve vahşetin tüm dünya kamuoyuna bildirilmesi gerekiyor. Çünkü direk olarak
siviller hedef alınmıştır. Burada DAİŞ’in amacı tüm kente hakim olmaktı. Bu saldırılar
yapılırken daha çok sivilin katledilmesi için özellikle susturucu silahlar kullanıldı.
Katliam için gerekli araştırmaların yapılması amacı ile tarafımızdan komisyonlar
oluşturuldu. Oluşturduğumuz komisyonun toplantısı saat 17.00 de olacak. Dilerseniz
onlar toplanmadan, yarım saat önce sizlerle görüşebilir ve bilgi aktarımında
bulunabilirler. Kobane’de çok büyük bir katliam yapıldı. Aynı aileden 11 kişinin ve 8
kişinin katledilmiştir. Onlardan da olaya ilişkin olarak bilgi alabilirsiniz. Bu olayın
tüm detayları ile açığa çıkarılması için gerekli çalışmalarımız devam ediyor. Şimdiye
kadar Kobane’de 850 DAİŞ üyesi öldürüldü. Ancak henüz yıkılan binaların enkazı
altında cesetleri olan DAİŞ’liler de var. Katliamı gerçekleştirenler arasında buraya
göçer olarak yerleşen ve savaştan kaçtıklarını, mağdur olduklarını beyan eden ve
burada birkaç aydır bulunan Kobanelilerin de komşumuz dediği ancak katliama
katılmaları ile birlikte aslında DAİŞ’li olduğu öğrenilen kişiler de vardı. Bu durum da
bu korkunç saldırının önceden çok organizeli bir şekilde planlandığını gösteriyor.
Saldırıyı gerçekleştiren grupların çoğu, Kobane’nin güneyinden ve Türkiye tarafından
gelen gruplardır. DAİŞ’in içinde Türk olanlar da var. Türkiye sınır geçişlerinde göz
yumulması DAİŞ’in kaçarken Türkiye’ye sığınmasına neden oluyor.” şeklinde
beyanlarda bulunmuştur.

TEVDEM yetkililerinden Ruken isimli çalışan özetle, “25 Haziranda
gerçekleştirilen saldırı Kobane için çok ağırdı. Önce bir araştırma komisyonu
kuruldu. Kaç kişinin öldürüldüğü konusunda araştırma komisyonu rapor oluşturdu.
Katliama maruz kalan ailelerin bazılarında nerdeyse tüm aile katliama maruz kalmış.
Mesela bir aileden 11 kişi, başka bir aileden 8 kişi aynı katliamda öldürülmüştür.
Berxbotan köyünde 23 kişinin öldürülmüş olduğu tespitini yaptık” şeklinde beyanda
bulunmuştur.
7.
PYD yetkilileri ile yapılan görüşmelerin ardından kentin sağlık ihtiyaçlarının
karşılandığı, yaralılara müdahalelerin yapıldığı sınır tanımayan doktorlar tarafından
kullanılan alanda heyetimiz tarafından incelemeler yapılmıştır. Yapılan incelemelerde
sağlık biriminin İŞID tarafından gerçekleştirilen saldırı sonrasında kullanılamaz hale
geldiği, muayene yapılan yerlerin ve araçların tamamının tahrip edilmiş olduğu,
ilaçların kullanılamaz halde olduğu gözlemlenmiştir.
Kentin alt yapı sorunlarının ne şekilde karşılandığına yönelik sorumuza ise, su
ihtiyacının kuyulardan karşılandığı, Elektrik ihtiyacının ise daha çok jeneratörlerle
sağlandığı yönünde cevap verilmiştir.

Sınır tanımayan doktorların kullandığı prefabrik hastanede yapılan inceleme
bittikten sonra aynı aileden 11 kişinin öldürüldüğü HASAN ailesi ziyaret edilmiştir.
Olayın tanıklarından Berivan Hasan, “25 Haziran sabahı saat 04:00 sularında sahur
yapmak için eve geldim. Eve geldiğimde annem evdeydi namaz kılıyordu. Çok
gürültülü bir ses geldi ve evdekiler ne olduğunu anlamak için dışarı çıktı. Kobane’de
savaş devam ettiği için yine önceki çatışmaların devam ettiği kanısı uyandı bende.
Ailemdekiler olayı anlamak için dışarı çıktıkları gibi tek tek vurulmaya başlandı.
Ayrıca eve girerek odaları taramaya başladılar. Babam, annem, abim, amcalarım
hepsi birbirine yardım için giderken IŞİD’liler tarafından tek tek vurulup
öldürüldüler. Onlar yeğenim Amed’in anne ve babasını öldürdükleri esnada Amed
beşikte uyur vaziyetteydi. Amed’in de öldüğünü düşünmüş olacaklar ki ona
karışmamışlardı. Ben saklandığım için beni görmediler. Ben katliamı görünce hemen
şuan birkaç aylık olan ve adı Amed olan yeğenimi alıp odaya kaçarak saklandım ve
YPG’lilerle bağlantı kurdum. YPG’liler bana evden çıkmamız gerektiğini söyledi.
Saldırganlar YPG’li ve YPJ’lilerin kıyafetlerini giymişlerdi. İŞID’liler tanınmamak
için sakallarını kesmişlerdi ve bazıları da kendilerini YPJ’liler gibi yapıp kadın
kılığına girmişlerdi. Saçları, kaşları, kirpiklerine kadar her şeyi çok ince ayrıntısına
kadar düşünmüşlerdi. Kadın, erkek, çocuk ayırımı yapmadan birçok kişiyi gözlerini
kırpmadan öldürdüler. İlk ateşli silah saldırısını bizim evde yaptılar diye
düşünüyorum. Çünkü o saate kadar patlama sesi dışında silah sesi duymadık.
Silahlarına susturucu takmışlardı. Çünkü onlar için silah seslerinin duyulması YPG ve
YPJ’lilerin yardıma gelmesi ihtimalini barındırıyordu. Birçok evdeki katliamı bu
nedenle susturucu silahlarla yaptıklarını öğrendik. Şuan hayatta kalan ve katliamın
tanığı olan yeğenlerim korkudan sarılık hastalığı geçirdiler. Çocuklar çok korkmuştu
halen bile annemiz babamız nerde diye sormaya devam ediyorlar. Şuan gördüğünüz
ve beşikte olan 3 aylık yeğenim Amed hem annesiz hem babasız kaldı. Ancak özellikle
şunu belirtmek istiyorum. IŞİD bu katliamda bilinçli olarak her aileden birkaç görgü
tanığı bırakmıştır. Bu da IŞİD’ın adeta ders olsun ve yaptığı katliamlar anlatılsın diye
bazı kişilerin canlı kalmasını istediğini gösteriyor. Şuan burada bulunan çocukların
birçoğu hem annesiz hem babasız kaldı. Bunların yapmış oldukları katliam insanlık
dışıdır. Çünkü eve girdiklerinde gözlerini kırpmadan herkesi öldürdüler.” şeklinde
beyanda bulunmuştur.

Olayda aynı aileden 8 kişinin öldürüldüğü bir diğer aile ziyaret edilmiştir.Aile
bireyleri tarafından olaya ilişkin olarak, olayı gerçekleştiren IŞİD üyelerinin YPG ve
YPJ’lilerin kıyafetlerini giymiş olduğu, sakallarını keserek YPG’li gibi görünmek için
hazırlık yaptıkları, kadın görünümüne sahip olmak için kaşları, gözleri ve kirpiklerine
kadar her şeyi ayarladıkları ve böylece ayrıca YPJ’lier gibi de kente girmiş oldukları
tarafımıza aktarılmıştır. Ayrıca kente 7 aracın Halep tarafından giriş yapmış olduğu,
YPG ve YPJ kıyafetleri ile kente giriş yapmış oldukları, kontrol noktalarında problem
yaşamamak için her bir araçta en az bir Kürtçe bilen kişinin olduğu aktarılmıştır.
Kobane halkının olayın içeriğini öğrenmek niyeti ile YPG’li olduklarını düşündükleri
araca yönelerek soru sormak istedikleri esnada araçta bulunan IŞİD üyeleri tarafından
tek tek öldürüldükleri, araçta bulunanlardan birinin Kürtçe konuştuğu, sivillerin
araçlardan açılan ateşle öldürülmesi sonrasında YPG’lilerle olaya ilişkin olarak
bağlantı kurulduğu ve YPG’lilerin araçtakiler bizden değil diye bilgilendirme
yaptıkları, böylece araçta bulunanların IŞİD üyesi olduğunun öğrenildiği beyan
edilmiştir.

10. Tanık görüşmelerinden sonra PYD tarafından olayın açığa çıkarılması ve bilançonun
tespiti amacı ile oluşturulan Komisyondan bilgi almak amacı ile PYD binasına
gidilmiştir. İHD Heyeti adına söz alan Öztürk Türkdoğan: “ Kobane’de yaşanan son
IŞİD saldırısı insanlığa karşı bir suçtur. Bugün buraya sizlerle dayanışmak, katliamı
insan hakları açısından gözlemlemek için geldik. Öncelikle başsağlığı diliyor ve
yaralıların bir an önce iyileşmesini diliyoruz. İHD olarak Kobane’ye 3. gelişimiz ve
ziyaretlerimizin amacı buradaki durumu insan hakları açısından değerlendirip
Türkiye’deki kamuoyuyla ve uluslararası toplumla paylaşmak. Hazırlayacağımız
raporda kullanılmak üzere özellikle kaç sivilin öldürüldüğü, militanların kente
nereden giriş yaptıkları, kentin güvenliğinin nasıl sağlandığı ve Kobane’nin yeniden
inşa sürecinin hangi aşamada olduğu öğrenmek ve sizi dinlemek istiyoruz. Burada
sivillerin katledilmesi insanlığa karşı bir suç işlendiğini gösteriyor. Uluslararası
mekanizmaların ve insan hakları örgütlerinin bu konuda duyarlı olması gerekiyor. Bu
nedenle raporumuzu hazırlayıp kamuoyuyla daha sonradan paylaşacağız.” şeklinde
beyanda bulunmuştur.
İlk etapta PYD Eş Başkanı Asya ABDULLAH söz almış ve beyanlarında özetle,
‘Yaşanan katliamla ilgili pek çok heyet buraya gelip incelemelerde bulunmak istiyor.
Bu bakımdan sizler buraya gelen ilk heyetsiniz ve önemli buluyoruz. Katliamdan sonra
olağan günler yaşadık, sivillere yönelik yaşanan tehlike devam ediyordu. Bu nedenle
birkaç gün boyunca bölgenin tümünü kapsayacak şekilde savunma temelinde tedbirler
almaya çalıştık. Cenazelerimizi topladık ve ilgilenmemiz gerek yaralılarımız vardı.
Daha sonra tartışmalar yürüttük ve birkaç komisyon oluşturup olaya ilişkin araştırma
çalışmalarına başladık. 25 Haziranda Kobane’de sivillerin DAİŞ tarafından
katledilmesi olayına ilişkin olarak bir komisyon oluşturduk. Bu komisyonun halen
çalışmasını devam etmektedir ancak bilanço az çok ortaya çıkmış durumdadır. Burada
bulunan arkadaşlarımız o yönde bilgilendirmede bulunacaklar. Ancak özellikle şunu
belirtmek istiyoruz. Tüm dünya kamuoyunun bu saldırının detaylarını ve derecesini
anlaması bizler için çok önemlidir. Bunun için insan hakları heyeti olarak yapmış
olduğunuz ziyaret çok değerlidir. Şimdi arkadaşlarımız sizlerle araştırmada elde
ettikleri bilgileri paylaşacaklar’ demiştir.
Araştırma Komisyonunda yer alan ve kadın çalışması yürüten Şilan adlı kadın çalışan
söz alarak:
‘Bu vahşet ve katliamın bilançosunu ortaya çıkarmak ve olayı araştırmak için bir
komisyon oluşturduk. Komisyonumuz birçok başlıkta araştırma ve incelemelerini
yürüttü ve yürütülen çalışma neticesinde 25 Haziranda Kobane’de gerçekleştirilen
katliamda:
251 sivilin öldürüldüğü, bunlardan 151 inin erkek; 64 ünün kadın; 35 inin ise 15
yaşından küçük çocuklardan ( 23 kız ; 12 erkek çocuk) oluştuğu, 93 çocuğun hem
annesiz hem babasız kaldığı, kadınlardan 3 ünün hamileyken öldürüldüğü tespit
edilmiştir. Ayrıca tek bir köyde sadece Berkh Botan köyünde 23 sivil katledilmiştir. Bu
durum da DAİŞ tarafından gerçekleştirilen saldırının Kobane’de hiçbir sivil
bırakmama amacı taşıyan bir saldırı olduğunu göstermektedir. Ancak raporumuz
henüz son şeklini almamış olup, çalışmalarımız devam etmektedir. Raporumuzun son

şekli ve kesin bilanço sonradan tüm kamuoyuyla paylaşılacaktır. Şeklinde beyan
bulunmuştur.
HEYET TARAFINDAN YAPILAN TESPİTLER
HEYETİMİZ TARAFINDAN YAPILAN TESPİTLER
25 Haziran 2015 tarihinde Kobane’de yapılan araştırma, inceleme ve gözlemler, dinlenen
tanıklar, PYD yetkilileri ile araştırma komisyonlarının verdiği bilgiler ışığında heyetimiz
tarafından belli tespitler yapılmıştır. Bu bağlamda;

25 Haziran’da Kobane’de sivillere yönelik olarak gerçekleştirilen katliamın, IŞİD
örgütü tarafından kadın, çocuk, yaşlı, genç, hamile ayrımı yapılmadan intikam amaçlı
yapılan insanlığa karşı bir suç niteliğine sahip olduğu,

25 Haziranda Kobane'de gerçekleştirilen katliamın, IŞİD'in kontrolünde olan Tel
Abyad ve diğer yerlerin YPG'nin kontrolüne geçmesi sonrasında gerçekleştirilmiş
olduğu,
3.
IŞİD tarafından yapılan saldırılarda YPG ve YPJ güçlerinin olaya müdahalesini
geciktirmek amacı ile envai silah ile birlikte özellikle susturucu silahların kullanıldığı,
4.
IŞİD örgüt üyelerinin YPG ve YPJ’lilerin kıyafetlerini giyerek ve özellikle kadın
kılığına girerek ve kullandıkları araçlarda YPG bayrakları taşıyarak kente girişlerini ve
arama noktalarından geçişlerini kolaylaştırdıkları ayrıca bu anlamda problem
yaşamamak için her bir araçta Kürtçe bilen en az bir kişiyi bulundurdukları,

IŞİD üyelerinden bazılarının saldırıdan aylar öncesinde Kobane bölgesine göçer
gibi gönderilmiş oldukları ve yerleştikleri, katliamın gerçekleştirildiği esnada bu
kişilerle birlikte katliamın organizeli bir şekilde gerçekleştirilmiş olduğu,

Sınır tanımayan doktorlar tarafından kullanılan ve yaralıların tedavisi amaçlı
kullanılan prefabrik hastanenin IŞİD tarafından sağlık hakkına erişimin engellenmesi
amacı ile yerle bir edildiği ve kullanılamaz halde olduğu,
7.
Katliamı gerçekleştiren IŞİD üyelerinin çoğunun öldürüldüğü, yaralı olarak
kurtulanların Türkiye sınırının yakın olması ve Türkiye sınırında kendilerine ciddi bir

Kobane Kantonu 25 Haziran 2015 IŞİD Saldırısı Raporu:
Based on the decision taken by the executive council, in Kobanî Canton - Syria. number ---1--date ---28 - 6 -2015---- and included the formation of a special committee documented the

eyewitness to the massacre, including the following: I woke up to the sound of gunshots, and
stood on the porch, and I saw two people dressed in military uniform, asked what the cause of

(Suleiman) thrown into the kitchen, and the body of his mother (Amina Mohamed) on her bed,
then headed toward the house (Mamo JMX) and I saw blood (LNG) through the window, on the
way back I saw a car Honda inside the body of two people.
According to the witness V (Mahmoud Mamo), a witness to the massacre, including the
following: I woke up from my sleep and saw a car parked near the house in Maktelah where got
out of four people went two of them toward our house, and went four opposite direction, They
started firing at our house, and then Contact my cousin, and told me that these are not as just
that they are members of the People's Protection Units but they are mercenaries Daash, and
said to me: They killed my mother and killed in the house one of my relatives, including two

According to the witness VI (Mohammed Temmo ), a resident of the neighborhood Martyr Akef:
I woke up to the sound of shots were fireworks, and headed toward the gas station to bring the
gas cylinder, and then I took my gun, and I went out and my son was standing in the street,
stopped a car in front of me riding two open one of them his hand and said, "God is mercy" then
he fired at my son and he died three hours after his injury, my wife ran toward her son, then

According to the witness VII (Mustafa Baqi Kheder ) with the following: I was asleep in my house
with my family, woke up to the sound of shooting, I went to inquire about the reason for the

According to the witness VIII (Mohamed Ibn Abu Ali pesky), a witness stated the following: I

According to the witness IX (Semo Atllah ) about the massacre Kobanî the following: "I was

Fadi tried to snatch his weapon, but he threatened us blew himself up with the car between us,
and tried to escape in his car, and ran into pier, which exploded a car tire, and was wounded in

Witness X said the child onto his right foot (Jakin Hendawi) and aged 13 years that: "I woke up to
the sound of bullets, and I realized that my father had gone to the border gate after the headset

According to the witness (Buzan Fadi Hakik) , one of the neighborhood Martyr Sarhad the
following: "I woke up to the sound of gunshots, and I went out and saw Akeed chasing group,
