us before the Tribunals and Courts or any
other authority in Turkey with power of
jurisdiction and are authorized to send
warning, informing protesting letters and
receiving those as our attorney, file any
formal action that may be necessary for the
protection and enforcement of our rights; to
plead as plaintiff or defendant; to take
appeals or to request a review of judgment
rendered in appeals: to demand damages and
to recover same: to apply for injunctions; to
compromise; to cause witness to be heard
and to take exception to them; to offer and
to take oaths; to notify and to receive all
notifications; to nominate and dismiss
arbitrates to pay and to collect all fees and
disbursements; to accept waivers from the
law/criminal suits as well as waivers of
appeals, to deposit securities and to request
the reimbursement same; to give all receipts;
to relinquish the prosecuted action and
appeal thereof; to apply for and pursue the
execution of all writs; to take and to give all
the necessary sums, to substitution; and to
do generally all that may be necessary for the
realization of the present mandate.

savunmaya, kararları temyiz etmeye veya
tashihi karar talebinde bulunmaya, zarar ve
ziyan talep etmeye ve tazminat istirdada;
ihtiyati tedbir kararında bulunmaya; sulh
olmaya; şahit dinletmeye ve onları redde;
yemin teklifine ve kabule; her türlü vesaiki
tebliğ etmeye ve tebellüğe; hakem tayinine ve
reddine; her nevi harç, ücret ve masrafı
ödemeğe ve tahsile; teminat yatırmaya ve
geri almaya, her nevi makbuz vermeğe;
davadan ve temyizden feragate; feragat-ı
davayı ve temyizi kabule, ahzu kabza
ilamların icrasını talebe ve takibe, bu
yetkilerin bir kısmı veya hepsiyle aharı tevkile
ve azle; ve genel olarak bu vekaletin
tahakkuk ve intacı için gerekli olan her şeyi
yapmaya yetkili kılmıştır.
