ebeveynin noterden onaylı m uvaffakatnamesi gereklidir. (Bu durum eğer ebeveyn tek ebeveynse veya çocuğun velayeti varsa geçe rli değildir ) Eğer her
iki ebeveyn de yolculuk ediyorsa m uvaffakatnam eye gerek yoktur.
